Need helping reducing stress eating

Im usually pretty good on diet but due to family issues and working I get really stressed really easily. This usually leads to a 2000-2500+ calorie binge past my maintenance. I’m currently around 7-10pounds heavier than I’d like to be and I’ve been binging a ton recently (almost every night). It’s not all bad food, a lot of pasta, protein bars, and occasionally dark chocolate. It’s just I don’t stop eating, I know I’m full and I understand it’s going to suck later on but I don’t stop, and I hate it. How do you guys stop binging or lower the stress of life?

Tl:dr I keep stress-binging and I’m not sure how to handle it.
