Help! 95 pounds down and now people are being weird

I want to share an experience and ask whether any of you are experiencing the same and possibly whether anyone has advice on how to deal with this. In the last year, I have lost almost 95 pounds. It has been a tough but awesome experience and my life has improved so, so much.

The caveat is that according to the BMI standard, I still have about 80 pounds to lose before I even enter the healthy weight category. Regardless of what you think of BMI, my current weight means I am obviously still obese. It is clear as day that I still have loads to lose.

However, despite this I am starting to get comments from people that I shouldn't lose any more weight. Some of these people are very adamant that I should now stop losing. These are typically people much, much leaner than myself. I am starting to get a bit annoyed with having to argue over such an obvious thing.

Why do people do this? And how can I indicate to them how inappropriate their reaction is, without being rude?
