Back on track

Back in 2013, I booked an appointment with a dietitian. What brought me to do so was not a search for self-improvement, rather fear. I was heavily bullied al trough middle school and in the first year of high school, when I decided that enough was enough. I started the diet they gave me, lost some kgs. Once I got back in the right weight, I was terrified to gain weight again not for what I did to achieve the weight-loss, I was terrified to be bullied again. From weighing more than 3 times during the day I started not to get on a balance at all. I started to care less about what others thought of me and managed to get rid of that obsession in a process that took 4 years and some therapy too. A month ago, I booked an appointment again but it was not for the same reasons. I decided that I wanted to improve again, to be healthier and more fit. Today, I got back on a balance in the dietitian's office after 5 years and this time, I was not scared of the number I saw. Today I'm back on track again, but this time it is for me, and I'm happy to start again this journey with the right motivation. This is my starting point and even if its just a matter of a few pounds I want to give my best, once again!
