RENPHO scale - is it accurate?

I have had the RENPHO body fat scale for about two years ago but dusted it off after I started trying to lose baby weight. It measures so many things and I just don’t know how accurate it could be. For example, it first told me I had 115 pounds of muscle mass and now says I only have 114, but how could this be true when I’ve been lifting weights and doing Pilates a few times a week? I feel stronger too. It also tells me I have a low amount of body water yet I am drinking water constantly, close to a gallon a day usually. Also how can it tell the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat? Anyways, thanks in advance for any knowledge you have to share.
