My constant fear of a heart attack propelled me to start losing weight

I’ve only been dieting and working out since February of this year, but I have seen such a difference in so many aspects. I’ve always been overweight, but I reached my heaviest weight this past year. One night I got a really bad anxiety attack and almost passed out. After that night, I kept fearing getting a heart attack. Even my friend, who’s studying to be a doctor, took my pulse while we were having a normal conversation and told me my hear rate was way too fast for just sitting and doing nothing. I believe it was at 120 bpm. Which fueled my fear even further. So I encouraged my sisters to join me in a new lifestyle and exercise (I knew it would be better for me to have them accompany me). Just two months into the change, I’ve seen such a difference! My resting heart rate is back to normal in the 80s. Today I went out to buy a new blouse and had to try on clothes one size down of my usual size! Below is a before and after from summer 2018 to today! before: summer 2018 today while shopping
