As a kid I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which led to me gaining a lot of weight. At one point when I was 14 the hypothyroidism went away but I weighted 105kg (230lbs) while being 181cm (6 feet). It was then when I decided that I need to change something and over the course of 2 years, I lost 35kg (77lbs) with eating healthy (didn't do sports). I'm male btw.
I reached 70kg (154lbs) but while I was skinny on the upper half of my body I had a lot of fat stored on my hips, belly, ass and thighs. This made me really feel insecure whenever being in public because those body parts really sticked out.
I decided to hit the gym when I was 17 and gained 11kg (24lbs) and started cutting down after a year so that I'm at 75kg (165lbs) now which is normal for my height. But I still have the same problem. While my upper body looks really athletic my lower body looks like that of an overweight person and I don't know what to do. And yes, I never skipped leg day.
I can't buy clothes because of that and whatever I wear I'm always feeling insecure even though I'm an extrovert guy. It's really challenging me mentally and I just don't know what I can do.
