How do you motivate yourself through life without food?

Food has been my only relief during a difficult season involving too much work and stress. Binge food has been the one thing I look forward to at the end of the day, and it feels impossible to give it up. What's going to motivate me to get through the long shifts and stressful days? I just can't fathom coming home just to... start working again. Without my usual binge between long periods of work, I have no idea how I'd stay motivated to do anything. A lot of the suggestions I've gotten have been to replace eating with something like exercise or meditation, but I don't enjoy doing either of those things enough to look forward to them, so they certainly won't take the place of something I enjoy so much. There's literally nothing I can think of that makes me as happy as food. How do you guys manage?
