for the past few weeks i've been struggling alot, i've lost 26 pounds so far, and i'm still trying to lose weight, but what has been happening lately is that i would eat in a calorie deficit for 2 days, then eat at maintainance for a day, then again eat at a deficit for 1 or 2 days then eat at maintainance again for a day. i don't know what to do, and how to stop doing this. i'm really struggling right now, i've probably lost maybe 0.25 to 0.5 pounds in the course of 2 to 3 weeks maybe, and i hate it. but i don't know how to stop doing this. please help and if you know how i can stop doing this or maybe reduce the number of times i do this, i would really appreciate it.
