I just joined my first diet bet!!

I’m scared, because I’ve never committed to something where money was on the line. AND losing 4% in four weeks does seem like a high number, for me. But I really do want something to kick start me into a healthier pattern, and I’ve been trying to lose for forever!!

I’m 5’3”, female, and my highest weight was this past year, at 165lbs, after I started taking antidepressants. My current weight is 158, so by the end of the DietBet I’ll need to have lost about 6lbs in order to get my money back. Less than 2 lbs a week, so I think I can do it!

Has anyone done a DietBet before? Anyone have tips for success?
