i'm 17 years old and 240 pounds. I know, it's terrible. I don't know how I let myself get this far either. I decided that I should get serious about losing 100 pounds, which might sound a little ambitious and ridiculous to you all. The thing is, I don't really know how to control my eating habits, and my schedule is packed every single day. I have to do all my homework, study for the SAT, volunteer, go to all of my other extracurriculars, and on top of that, sleep. I'm lucky if I get an hour or two of not having anything to do. It will get worse in my senior year once college app season rolls around, but I want to get into the habit of being healthy right now, or else I never will. I don't want to use my busy schedule as an excuse anymore. I don't want to say that I can't lose weight because of all these things I have to do. I want to say that despite all of these things I have to do, I lost the weight. So, that being said, if you guys have tips on how to lose weight as a high school student, please tell me down below! I'm super desperate!
