GOAL!!

I had gastric bypass surgery in 2012, lost more than 125# but had regained over 70# due to a combination of medical problems (not related to the surgery) and going back to bad habits. Since last July I've been actively trying to lose the regain, first with carnivore/no carb and more recently with keto and CICO.

Today I made it to my personal weight goal. It's 15# more than what the doctors wanted and still in the "overweight" range, but it's a weight that is comfortable and sustainable for me. I plan to continue the same basic diet but adjusting carbs and calories up a little bit at a time until I find my maintenance level.

This sub has been really helpful in keeping me motivated. Thanks, fam!
