I have been losing weight for the past year (went from 402 to 298 and still dropping.) And the only thing i get more than compliments from my coworkers is unsolicited advice.
Ive had people tell me if i didnt get onto keto i would get diabetes and never lose weight. My ex told me that "you think you are eating healthier but you're really not" because i put black olives in my salad. And all sorts of other stuff.
But the one that always gets me is "artificial sugar is worse for you than regular sugar". It just screams "I get all of my nutritional information from TV Doctors or Facebook clickbait"
Im assuming that this is a fairly universal experience. What unsolicited advice have you gotten?
