I went out with a family member last night and ended up eating 1000 calories past my cutting calorie guide which is 1300 which makes the total calories for that day 2300. I am wondering what I am supposed to do today? Should I eat much less so it evens out or do I cardio exercise it off? I am feeling so guilty and upset because I just lost 2 more pounds and for the first time in three years I am in the "healthy range" for my size. I am so mad because I worry I just undid all the hard work I put into it.
Here are my mistakes that I made yesterday that I am going to write down so hopefully they stick:
- Taking the free soda from my boss that she got me and drank it since I didn't want to be rude.
- Ordering appetizers because we had to wait 20 minutes to get into the restaurant and I figured we deserved it.
- Ordering food from Mcdonald's on the way home to bring my other family member something home and getting a cherry pie and an apple pie for me because hey I am already here and I was craving it. That cost me about 500 calories.
- Eating before going out with my family because I wasn't sure we would be getting something or that I if we do I would be able to resist temptation. I could not.
