I’m stuck...

I’m 5’8” weighing in at around 150 consistently over the last several months. I’ve come a long way as I used to weigh 200+. This journey started about 3 years ago.

Exercise: started doing HIIT training about 4 times a week over a year ago, and I’m on week 5 of my couch to 5k program, but I’m still not seeing any drop in weight. I know I’m getting stronger because I’m able to up my weights a little but at a time, but I don’t really feel all that toned either.

Food: I switched over to vegetarian diet July 2016. I’m tracking the macros on Carb Manager and I’m trying to get at the very least 100 grams of protein per day.

I can’t seem to get over the 150 hump. When I see 149 I get excited but that usually doesn’t last very long. What am I doing right? What am I doing wrong? What would you fine people suggest?
