Water weight. It's a real thing and goes away, right?

Can someone help give me some sanity back? I've been on a low carb -1000 calorie cut for a couple months now. The first month I did great, lost 8 almost 10 pounds. Then in 4 days I put 6 pounds back on. I also lift heavy weight and I'm hoping that it's the water weight from creatine loading.

Since then it's taken me 2 weeks to lose 2 pounds of that. I'll admit that I needed to tighten up some of the food weighing, and i am.

But this weekend I just had to take a break. I am so damn hungry and tired all the time. I was off my medication (so i dont have great impulse control) and I ate some carbs and candy. I honestly don't think I even went above maintenance, but I gained 6.5 pounds in two days.

This is water and going to come off, right?
