So guys, I've always been overweight (125kg at the heaviest point) and I managed to reach 105kg after months of barely eating (no bread, no pasta, no rice, no sugar at all). After reaching this weight, i started to go to gym and do a lot of running and cardio. But at some point, things were going too slowly and I wasnt losing any weight anymore which made me lose all my motivation. So I just gave up on sport and everyday i think "you have to be more careful and start exercising again.. tomorrow" and of course I never do it.
How do you guys stay motivated? My objective is to reach 90 or 85kg but its getting hard and I always give up..
