First time poster, long time lurker :) About two years ago I, (F, 18) started the Keto diet and lost 80 pounds, taking me from 300 to 220. Unfortunately, I got comfortable and gained all and more back. At the start of the new year, I cut out all pop and have cut out fast food as well. Over the past few weeks I’ve been actively watching my calories and meal prepping my lunches and have lost 10 pounds, putting me at 299! I know it’s a small milestone but it’s so important to me. My boyfriend has also been so encouraging and he’s also lost 9 pounds in the same time frame. I’m so happy and feel so good!
