The scale keeps going up (F)

I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Being in my late 30s and having two kids has taken its toll. I was up to 230 after my second and I'm currently 5'6" 207lbs. Was down to 185 last june but it's all came back. I've been working out (5-6x week) and dieting for the last 2 years with really nothing to show for it. Its so frustrating. I can lose a few pounds but the minute i break and have a snack that's not fruit or vegetables, a pound comes back. I skip the gym for a day, a pound heavier in the morning. I eat out, and not even just fat food, 2-3 pounds the next morning. Its so hard and discouraging to even try when you know that you have to be absolutely perfect. And who the fuck gains 2 pounds from eating 2 or 3 slices of thin crust pizza!!!

What can I do? I know the answer is suck it up and be perfect but the stress of having to be perfect with my eating pushes me to the brink and thus pushes the scale up. Any advice?
