Stalling after 4.5 months and losing my mind over it.

F28, 5'6'', 201.9 lbs. Losing since late October, 47 lbs so far. CICO 1100 - 1200 cals/day. TDEE 2450 cals/day

March has been a bad month. I have barely lost 1 lb/week so far (there was even a week I gained even when staying on track) and my anxiety/frustration is starting to get to me. Up until february, I had been losing 2 lbs/week consistently and now I am worried that this trend will go on and my loss will stall significantly.

Probably what gets to me the most is that IDK what to do about it. I weight and log everything I eat, I try to eat 'good' food, I go to the gym (2-3 times a week)... It feels like I am doing everything "right" but I am seeing the results of someone putting in half my effort.

I know I am still losing, but to try this hard and not see the results is taking a toll on my mental health. I am moody, overwhelmed, and just on edge all the time. All I can think about is why is the scale not moving?! I have tried to analyze my rutine, make sure I am not doing something wrong without noticing, but I can't seem to pinpoint anything.

There is a goal I set for May 1st and at this point I will not be able to reach it, and it seems that every day/week that goes by the difference between my goal and the weight I'll actually be grows bigger. I feel like I am giving into despair.

Any suggestions to reignite the loss?
