Hold on to your hats, here are a bunch of cliches / advice that keep me going! Apologies in advance for the corniness.
- Every day is an opportunity to do better, not to fail. Your attitude is everything.
- Make small good decisions and at the end of the day they add up.
- Your worth is not defined by your body, or the number on the scale.
- You are responsible for your own actions, emotions, and successes. You only need to believe in yourself to succeed!
- A bad day or decision does not equal failure.
- Other's successes (and rate of successes) are not your failures.
- Everyone gets tired, it's OK to take a break.
- Keep going today, you'll be glad you did tomorrow.
- Life is 1% things that happen to you, and 99% how you choose to react.
- Your habits follow your attitude, work on positivity and your life will follow.
- Choose to be happy, don't chase happiness.
- Perfection is a myth, work with being happy with where you are and what you have.
And the worst one of all;
- It isn't the destination (goal weight) that matters, it's the journey! (Changing your lifestyle for the better, and living a long, happy, and healthy life).
