Hello lovelies!
I'm looking to start CICO, like...now, and I'm wondering how anyone copes with big events coming up? So on WW and Slimming World and all of the previous diets I've tried, you can save up points and stuff but I've not really seen anyone talk about it on here with regards to CICO? Or do people just always try and keep within their calories each day and balance it out within the day? I get that it's a change in lifestyle and not a diet really but it would help me to know there's a way to deal with big events without ruining it all. Sorry if this seems like common sense haha but im only tiny (4 foot 10) and im 210 pounds and my calories are supposed to be 1,200 and i think i might struggle with that on social occassions (of which i have many - no, im not that popular haha) Thanks in advance for any advice. You guys rock!
