Hi! Recently, I realized how much I was damaging my body with my food habits and just recently started going to the gym, which isn't a problem, since I actually enjoy going to the gym daily! The problem is the random cravings for bad food I get during the day. It is really difficult to resist these cravings by themselves, especially since I am in a family of overweight people not ready or committed to losing weight yet, and I am not the grocery shopper. I have found however that chewing gum in between breakfast lunch and dinner eliminates the cravings. I was just wondering is this a good solution, or if I should just bite the bullet and use willpower to not cave into cravings?
