Pushed myself while working out once and felt extremely sick and dizzy after. Now I fear that feeling and it has unmotivated me into working out.

I’m a 18 year old female new to working out and am by all means learning to become fitter and healthier. I was on the tread mill and decided to jog a bit faster than I typically do. I didn’t feel faint or anything and eventually fell into this rhythm with my music and I was focusing on this one spot on the wall. After about 20 minutes, I decided to take a break but the moment I stopped, everything felt dizzy and I wanted to throw up.

It was a horrible feeling and I honestly wanted to cry afterwards because of it. I was never very active in my youth and found that whenever I pushed myself, I would end up feeling sick and dizzy. This time was probably the worst, and whenever I think about working out again, I get too scared to try.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
