Plateauing for a week. Haven’t had a good poop in a week.

I am an unfortunate soul who is overweight due to my own bad decisions . I have lost it it all before but gained it all back. This time has been the hardest though.

This is my first time experiencing a weight plateau. I have been stuck at 187 for a whole week. The catch is I haven’t had a good poop in over a week. I have gone three times in a week but I had to sit and force it out so it was pretty small.

I am drinking a lot of water. Probably close to 100 oz a day. According to my fitness pal I am eating under my 1610 calorie every day. I measure my food, and I stay away from sodium and carbs when I can. I stopped going to the gym a week ago because spring break it was closed. Maybe that caused water weight gain. I also don’t really eat red meats anymore like I used to. I’ve only had it once in three weeks. That could cause it too.

I’m the type of person who needs to see numerical progress so this plateau is making it difficult to continue fighting the good fight. I feel like I’m losing weight because my belt loops are going down but I have no solid numerical proof . Has this ever happened to anyone before? It’s very frustrating for me when I weigh myself every morning
