Obese (BMI 30.6) teenager struggling with mental health/motivation and disordered tendencies when I do try to lose, what's my best course of action?

Hey, so I remember you guys being a really supportive community when I (15) went on here last year and made a temporarily successful attempt to lose weight that was very unhealthy due to my frankly terrible mental health and relationship with food. Though it has improved some, I have also gained 60 pounds from my lowest point and it is beginning to make my life harder. I would like to lose weight, but counting calories has been stressful when I have tried it and I have trouble finding the motivation to do anything. What are some small initial steps I can take? I think it might be good for me to work on my mental health first, but I love going outside and walking and occasionally running a bit when I have the energy and the excess fat on my body is making it hard.

Edit: thank you all so much! I'm going to the gym to set up a first appointment this afternoon and I really appreciate the advice!! I think from what I've heard I'm gonna try to do more walking and eat a higher proportion of healthier foods for now.
