Ok so I went absolutely insane over spring break. I ate everything under the sun! I drank alcohol every single night. I blew off exercise for 3 days in a row. And I feel like absolute horse shit. Terrible! I hope I haven’t undone all of my hard work since New Years. My New Years resolution was to lose weight and I was down 22 pounds before spring break and now I’m scared to weigh. Ughhh I hope I haven’t ruined too much. I plan to hop right back on track today and get back in the groove of healthy eating/exercise. I don’t know where I’m going with this. I guess I’m just looking for encouragement and maybe success stories of people who have come back after pigging out for a week. Anyone have any stories???
