Maintenance Monday: Maintainers Top Tips

Hello fellow maintainers, hello all you brave losers.

For today, let's open up the treasure trove of knowledge and experience we've gained from our period as losers. From maintainers to the rest of LoseIt: looking back, what's your top tip for those just starting out?

Mine: forget about the labels, forget about everyone else, and find out what works for you. You're the done who's going to be doing the losing. If IF sounds good to you, try it. If it doesn't work, cast it aside. This does not mean you failed, just that it isn't the right strategy for you. You're the only one who matters in this. Try different sets of macro's, different types of cooking, different timing of meals, different types of exercise... til you find what works for you. Once you've found it, hold on.

(Top tip #2: your scale is a bitch. so is mine)
