M22 starting 307 now down to 276

With the new year I made my resolution to better myself and I'm finally sticking with it. I've lost 31 pounds so far and feel way better. My big changes have been putting an end to my binge eating and going on a low carb diet. I'm also doing this workout program called Insanity where I'm working out 6 days a week for a half hour to an hour a day.

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask this, but because I'm so busy I have trouble making myself enough meals that fit my diet. Eggs are easy enough to make and I've been doing protein shake dinners. I wanted to know if anyone knows any more easy meals I could make myself so I can avoid cheating my diet. So if you had any I'd love to hear it. I'm really hoping to be able to get below 200 before the year ends.
