Losing Weight and Fixing My Posture

First I want to thank this Reddit thread for existing. I've been tracking for 36 days with the LoseIt app and have steadily lost a pound a week. It's slow progress but it's consistent, and that makes me so happy.

Recently, I noticed that my pictures rarely, if ever, matched people's before and after photos from a side view. Because my sister has scoliosis, I figured I must have a form of it too. Turns out, a simple google search showed me that my back is screwed up because of years of a sedentary lifestyle! I have an anterior pelvic tilt that makes my butt stick out like Donald Duck!

So now, along with tracking my calories and making weight lifting a regular part of my lifestyle, I'm also working on fixing my posture. If anyone else sees similarities in their spine, know that it is fixable with new habits - just like everything else on this thread. Hopefully by the end of my journey I will not only have lost weight but fixed my pelvis.
