I’ve been following this sub for awhile but I feel the need to post now. I have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now. Was a very active college athlete and stopped sports but didn’t stop eating like I used to and I’ve put on 85+ lbs since. I need to make a change. How should I start? I have read about all the popular diets (Keto, paleo, carnivore, etc). I struggle with sticking to any diet that feels that restrictive to me. I need some help/suggestions on what to do.
30 year old male...5’11”...285 lbs
In college while in my best shape I was around 210-215.
