Like many of you here I’ve struggled with my weight for years and had some on and off dieting over the last few years that never stuck for more than a few weeks. Well I’m back and doing good again and just wanted to know what is the thing that stops you from going back to your old ways.
My motivation this time around is a new relationship. My girlfriend is training for a half marathon and while I haven’t fully gotten into working out, I do want to improve myself. Seeing how hard she’s working has stopped me from slipping numerous times and I couldn’t be more grateful for that!
So what is it that keeps you all motivated?
