Hello friends! I am a serial yo-yo dieter with a history of restricting and binging. 25 female SW: 250 pounds CW: 217 GW: 160 I’m really excited because finally I’ve found my sustainable habits! And honestly it all stuck after finding this sub. I’ve cut my major goal down to mile stones and my first one was 220 and my next is 200 and to see that I’m only 17 pounds away feels amazing. The only things I’ve changed is I started IF (because I’ve never been a breakfast person) and CICO I’ve given up nothing. I just weigh everything and eat my allotment of calories for the day. I don’t feel like I’m starving and I haven’t binged in weeks. I have a cheat meal every Saturday weather it be a restaurant or the junk I craved during the week. But some Saturdays I don’t even cheat just because I don’t feel like it. I think the biggest thing for me as been a change in my mindset. Before it was no more sweets or fast food I like ever. Now it’s if you can wait till Saturday you can have it if you want it that bad. Thank you guys for showing me it’s possible ❤️❤️❤️
