Is my weightloss unsustainable? 4.5lbs per week

I started my journey on 17th December weighing in at 392lbs at the age of 26 with a height of 5ft 8! The heaviest I have ever been and I always thought I was ok with my weight... but I woke up one day and just didn't want to be like this anymore.

So now we are 12 weeks later and I've lost 56lbs weighing in at 336lbs. That's an average if 4.5lbs per week.

Which really gets to my question, is that really unsustainable?

I have such a huge amount to lose that it doesn't seem like too much as a percentage however people keep telling me 2lbs per week is the maximum I should be going for.

I'm happier, faster, stronger and fitter than I ever have been.

I'm pretty sure I weighed as much as I do now a decade ago, and have no plans of stopping for around another 140lbs!
