I know exercising will alleviate my pain and I’ve done it before! A few years ago I lost almost 30 pounds and felt good with no pain. My mental health was terrific too! Fast forward I’ve gained it all back and an extra 10 pounds. I’m also in constant low-level pain, not from weight, but from NOT working out my muscles.
Why? Got into a relationship. Honestly that’s it. Drinking together, going out, munching while watching movies, etc. I don’t still blame the relationship. I blame that I lost my groove and I can’t bring myself to get it again.
Today I signed up for an app to track calories. I ate 1,250 and stopped myself. I claim to myself that I’ll start exercising tomorrow before work.
I’ve been reading all your success stories and journey stories and I really hope I can be one of you one day! I’m just so sure I’ll fail like I’ve done all the times I’ve tried since I lost it all the first time.
