TLDR: Used to eat all the things, now I dont want any of it. Do I force myself eat when I feel like its time?
Hey guys! I'm back on it again attempting to do better and I dont want to jinx myself, but I'm doing pretty well...too well perhaps.
I have a tendency to binge, but now I find I'm on the other side of the spectrum: I'm not hungry most of the time. I use CICO to help further my goals, but if I'm honest I used to eat a lot of junk while still staying under my calories (yes I ate less actual food to compensate, I'm not proud). Now that Im trying to eat sweets less though I suddenly have a huge chunk of calories I need to consume, but I just dont really feel like it.
I'll go and take a few bites of something or maybe even eat a little more than half, but I often have to force myself to finish a plate. What's going on here? I'll admit it's kind of nice to have this issue since food has way too much power over me, but that's dangerously close to disordered eating and I'm not trying to trade one problem for another.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How so?
