It’s my first time posting here, I guess there’s a start to everything !
So, here’s the thing. Over the last year and a half, I’ve lost 25 Kilos, going from 110 to 85 (which is from 242 to 187 pounds in imperial).
I’m really proud of what I did, and people noticed it, telling me “wow you lost a lot of weight !”, but I still see myself as a fat guy even though I’m objectively not anymore (for the record, I’m 19 years old and 6’3”)
I just can’t bring myself to see myself as I am now, and I have this fear of becoming like before, so I weigh myself everyday, even though there clearly is no need, as I exercise a lot and eat way better than before.
Has anyone been through something similar, or maybe have some advice for me ? I would greatly appreciate it.
