I just need to tell someone.

I bought an apple watch the other day! Also when I first got it one of my calorie goals was at 400. I wanted a challenge so I set it to 860! I passed that and then some. I filled my 12 hour standing circle, I’m now at 15. And I walked my dog for 30 mins and filled my green circle! It doesn’t seem like a lot but from someone who mindlessly ate and never left the couch, I feel so accomplished little by little right? I’m going to try to beat my goal everyday! I also got a membership to my local YMCA, so once I’m used to this new job (standing 10 hours a day) I’m going to start working out!!

Any ideas for beginner things that won’t make me hurt so bad I quit the next day? Also any recommendations for calorie counting apps the sync with Apple Watch?

Anyway, I just needed to share it somewhere, no one in real life will care as much as I do. I’m finally getting healthy, bought a water bottle, drinking lots of water, even have a sleep tracking app to see what I can do to improve my sleep.

I’m proud of myself, even if no one else is.
