I had not motivation or energy...

But I still did it. I missed Monday's workout because of personal issues in my family, but on Tuesday I dragged myself into my garage and did my exercises. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and even today. I had no motivation or energy. I took longed in every workout, but I met my calories that I wanted to burn each day. I didn't let one day ruin the week. I hope you all don't let one bad day ruin your diet, workout schedule, or just how you feel during the week. I feel great now. I knew I would and that's why I did it. I love to put the X on my calendar and write my calories burned through exercise.

I hope you're all having an easier time with your journey. If you're not, just push through.

I am also happy to say this week I am weighing in from 362-365 after stalling at 372-375 for the last two weeks.
