I deleted all of my food delivery apps!

Goodbye Uber Eats! Goodbye Skip The Dishes! Goodbye Pizza Pizza!

A huge reason why I got as fat as I got was because I’d just go out and binge on junk food I got delivered. Beyond burgers and greasy fries were my favourite (they still are). I reckon I gained at 20kg in the past three years from just all the delivery crap I ate. I would get delivery multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. Looking back, I want to kick me in the face. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars on delivery. And 95% of the time, I felt like crap afterwards because I’d eat 2-4 portions at once and feel bloated and gross.

I haven’t bought delivery in over two months but I still had the app (my last order was Indian-Tanzanian food which was delicious and I have no regrets) I had moments when I kept them and would fill my cart up and then close the app. I figured that wasn’t healthy either so today I took the plunge and deleted them all. Out of sight, out of mind. So yay me!
