I can’t believe I did it. As of this morning, I am at a healthy BMI for the first time in my life (25M, 310 -> 169)

The title says it all. I’m completely blown away that I finally hit the day in my life where I am no longer overweight/obese.

Over the past 18 months, lurking in /r/loseit has been an incredible motivator; I want to thank you all for your positivity and active support for those who post here. It is a fantastic community that I’m glad to take part in and to see help other people.

I would read “I made it” posts and use it as fuel to bring me to today. here are my pics of before/after https://imgur.com/a/YcqZpDo/
