How to stop eating sweets/snacks while hormonal?

This question is directed at the fellow ladies out there.

I’ve already lost about 15-20kg (don’t have access to measurement or scale right now. Will return home in one week and am hoping for a surprise) while abroad. Changed my diet, I’m cooking every day and basic meals are always healthy. Sometimes I have problems with portion control but I tell myself as long as it’s healthy it’s ok.

Problem is I have really, really bad cravings when I’m PMSing and on my period. I am usually able to hold it off for one day but the next one I’m caving. I also am able to focus on wanting just one thing so it’s not binging like it used to be.

But it’s still so problematic that I fear I’m gonna slip at one point. I also crave stuff when I’m sad which is a lot (I’m in a Long distance relationship and it sucks). Does anyone have some advice?

I think I’m not losing any weight right now anyways no matter what I’m doing so it’s hard enough...
