Hello world
I'm M 35 type 2 diabetic 175lbs down from my max 230 from a year of vegetarian dieting.
I finally started working out while working from home a few weeks ago. It's a call center type job so I have a few minutes between inbound phone calls to do a quick work out. So I have potentially have a few hours a day to work out. I feel better and have muscles in places I've never seen before.
I'm trying to do as many 10 set squats, bicep curls, and forearm builder thingy throughout the day. I'm also doing 30 minutes of cardio on my lunch break (HIIT). To cement my dedication I've thrown out my living room furniture and turned it into a home gym with an old bowflex, total gym and gazelle.
But i really want to maximize my quick minute workout sessions between those calls without making me winded. I still have to be ready to answer the phone professionally. Or I just wasting my energy doing these quick workouts ?
Also if you have any tips to help my Hank Hill butt that would be great. Before I started working out I almost went to the Dr to complain about ass pain from sitting on my no-ass ass.
