Female 18 / 5'5 / 130 lb. I have tried for a couple months now but haven't lost any significant amount of weight. I have never been overweight but I did get a little chubby. At my heaviest i was around 143 lb. I really want to get rid of the last few punds located on my stomach and my love handles, but I'm not sure of the best method. I workout 3 times a week. Two times strength and 1 time circuit training. I know I have to eat in a deficit but I'm also scared of wrecking my metabolism and ending up gaining even more than I'm starting with. The past 14 days I've eaten around 1200 kcal but I'm not seeing results, is it because I should eat at a lower deficit or what am I doing wrong? I'ts pretty hard to loose the last 10 lb
