I'm a university student and any time I have a cluster of assignments or exams coming up, I stress eat nonstop until the assignments/exams pass. Just in this one week of midterm exams I'm having right now, I've gained 3 pounds from just constantly stress eating. I'll re-heat yesterdays dinners and eat it before I study, I'll snack consistently on chocolate and toast with nutella while I'm doing work, etc. Even when I'm full and it feels like my stomach is about to burst, I'll eat more anyways. How can I stop this sort of behavior or curb the craving from stress? I know some people lose their appetites completely when they're stressed, but I'm the total opposite and I don't know how to deal with it. I've been on a weight-loss journey for months now and it's so upsetting to see all that weight I'd managed to lose gained back in just a single week every time I experience stress. Any tips/advice? :(
