Hello everyone on this subreddit, Late December/Early January I went from 95 kgs to102 kgs in around 3 weeks(17 years old and 1.88 Meter) . I knew I had to be serious with what I was eating so I kept my Calories in check with an app my cousin reccomended me.( Best app ever became more aware of food calories and some stuff I thaught were healthy were even unhealthier then food known for being unhealthy.) I lost 5 Kilograms in 5 weeks thanks to it. but I'm stuck at 97 Kilograms I also tried consuming a bit less fat and calories but barely lost anything. Is this normal or do I have to be more strict and go on an actual Diet instead of not getting too much fat/calories a day. I'd rather continue like this until I'm 80-85 KG's but I'm just stuck at 97kg
The app is called "Food" if anyone needed it its a simplistic picture of an apple by virtuagym if anyone was asking you can put in some info about yourself (Weight, length, age, how long you sleep, how active you are a day etc) and than it calculates the best way to lose weight for you.
