LTL, FTP on mobile sorry for formatting. I started using MFP a week or two into January and have since lost 20lbs (5'3" SW: 210) and was feeling great. Then about two weeks ago we would go to some family dinners and I'd forget to log, but since then it's been a slip here, an unlogged snack there, and has now turned into all of my old habits that got me to over 200lbs. Tracking what I ate was working really well for me, but falling off the wagon once has just made me feel so defeated. I know it's silly to consider your car totaled for a chip in the windshield, but I'm just not sure how to get remotivated. I am afraid to see the damage that I've done and the hard work I've sabotaged, so I haven't weighed myself in about 1.5 weeks (normally do one weekly weigh in)
