Gyms makes me feel weird. How can I overcome this?

I hate everything about it. The bright lights. The music. Fit people running and sweating oh so gracefully. While when I run I feel like my fats are jiggling and I’m sweating like a pig and everyone is looking at me.

The last part is the worse I always feel like other people are looking at me and I get aggressive and want to shout. And this is very stupid because I’m not even “fats jiggly fat” I need to lose 12 kg according to my nutritionist. I’m 1.60 (23 yr old) and 72 kg so yeah.. I don’t know how to overcome this fear/anxiety of gyms... I know it may sound silly but I really feel uncomfortable and anxious because everyone looks really good and I feel like they are laughing at me.

And before you ask no walking is not an option sadly. I live in middle of the city and I work 9-6 and according to my nutritionist I have to walk everyday because I have insulin resistance.
