Gained 10lbs in 3 months and it won’t stop

Hey guys

I’m 24f 5’3 143 lbs. Around 3 months ago, I was weighing in at 132lbs. My weight started creeping up during the holiday season, so I decided to take control of what I was eating and start working out. I wasn’t tracking, but conscious of my calories and eating around 1200-1500 a day. I was working out 4-5 times a week at the gym. My weight kept creeping up. Last week I cut down to 1200, but felt really crap and couldn’t perform at all in the gym. My trainer told me to up my intake to around 1500. I used MFP to make sure I was eating 1500 for the last 3 days and I’ve gained another 1.5 pounds. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had a blood test and my thyroid looks normal and there are no other abnormalities. I feel so depressed and trapped in this body and I can’t even think about the fact that my weight might continue to increase. What am I doing wrong??
