Okay. It’s exactly 1 pound below 150. But still! I’m incredibly impressed with myself. It’s also the first time I’ve been below 155 in 3 years as well.
The only thing that’s changed is my opinion on food, and how much I can even stomach. I used to eat because eating was satisfying, and now I eat when I’m hungry. I stop eating when I’m full. It took a lot to get to that point of differentiating the two, but when I did the weight started shedding off of me. I’m so happy I stuck with my goal and thank all of you for the motivation to do so. I still have some to go but I feel like getting there now will be a lot easier than it used to feel.
