Feeling stuck.. Plateau? Advice/motivation needed

Hi everyone first post here :) Want to start by saying you’re all amazing and an inspiration!

I started my weight loss journey at the start of February after breaking up a relationship of 2.5 years and lost 6kgs since then. I’ve been doing CICO, with myfitnesspal eating 1200-1400 calories. My calories are comprised of a lot of veggies, proteins and fibers. The first 6kgs dropped rather easily, however I’ve been at ~78kgs for about two weeks. (I’m 23F, 177cm tall) I track my calories religiously, (I weigh my food). I do lead a rather sedentary lifestyle at the moment.

I’m feeling very discouraged at the moment as I feel like I might be doing something wrong but I can’t point out what. The stall in weight loss is really eating at my motivation. Adding to that a very stressful time in my life at the moment, I am really feeling helpless. I did read up on plateaus being somewhat of a common thing but I don’t understand how things have been going so well until up until two weeks ago. Could use some advice/motivation boost.

Thanks for reading!
